G bagee's Terms & Conditions — Everything Explained in Plain Language

G bagee (www.gbagee.app) is an online Sports Betting platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between g bagee and its users. Browsing the site, creating an account, or using any of its services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

The following conditions must be met to use g bagee's services:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online betting must be legal in the country or region where you are located.
• You may only operate one account registered in your own name.
• The use of automated software or bots is strictly prohibited.

When registering with g bagee, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

KYC Verification

G bagee may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This verification may be mandatory for withdrawals. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Password Security

Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. g bagee is not liable for any bets placed using your password by another person. If you forget your password, use the "Forgot Password" option.

G bagee supports all major payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 BDT.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Deposits can only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing from another person's account may result in your funds being frozen.
• No additional charges on deposits.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours.
• KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Rollover conditions must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

G bagee regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be fulfilled.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own rollover requirement (typically 5x to 20x).
• Bonus funds can be used to place bets, but cannot be withdrawn directly until the rollover requirement has been met.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.
• Any bonus not used before its expiry date will be automatically cancelled.
• G bagee reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a special welcome bonus on their first deposit. To qualify, the first deposit must be made within 7 days of registration and the specified rollover requirements must be met. Each member is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.

Cashback Offers

A minimum betting amount is required to qualify for weekly or monthly cashback offers. Cashback will be credited directly to your account and is subject to its own separate rollover conditions.

When betting on g bagee, the following rules must be observed. These rules are in place to ensure a fair and transparent betting environment.

Bet Acceptance

• All bets are accepted subject to sufficient account balance.
• G bagee reserves the right to void any bet accepted in error due to a technical issue.
• Bets accepted at erroneous odds due to human error or a system fault may be voided.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match is postponed by more than 12 hours from its scheduled time, the bet may be considered void.
• If a live betting game is interrupted mid-way, the outcome will be determined based on the circumstances at that point.

Odds Changes

Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment are considered final. Odds change rapidly in live betting, so always verify them before confirming.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the g bagee platform. Violations will result in immediate account termination and balance forfeiture.

• Multiple Accounts: Each individual may operate one account only.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to withdraw by exploiting loopholes without meeting bonus requirements.
• Match Fixing: Betting using insider information or participating in match fixing.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to hack the platform's systems.
• Using Another Person's Account: Operating an account using someone else's identity.

G bagee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• In cases of suspicious financial transactions.
• At the member's own request for self-exclusion.

Self-Closing Your Account

To close your account voluntarily, email us at support@gbagee.app. As part of our responsible betting commitment, we honour all self-exclusion requests and process them within 24 hours.

G bagee accepts no liability for the following:

• If a bet is missed due to an internet connection issue or device failure.
• For delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• If a password is compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, war, government restrictions) causing service disruption.
• For financial losses from betting — betting is entirely a personal decision.

G bagee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email or mobile number. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
